We recommend advanced reservations for all tours and kayak rentals. Pre-booking can be arranged using a credit card or with a deposit.

When making reservations, let us know what type of kayak you would like (single or double), how many in your party and the dates you would like to reserve. Be sure to book early!

When completing the form to reserve kayaks or canoes, please refer to the rental rates, then press 'SUBMIT' when completed.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not process anything on your credit card unless you cancel your reservation, or instruct us to do otherwise. Comox Valley Kayaks understands that travel plans vary due to illness, accident and people simply changing their minds. In turn, we ask our clients to understand that we may have turned away people for those kayaks. There is a $20/kayak administration fee for cancellations less than 7 days before their pick-up day. If a reservation is cancelled with 48 hours or less notice there will be a fee of $50/kayak charged to your credit card. For non-appearance on reservation day the full rental fee will be charged. There is no refund for early rental returns. If the early return is due to inclement weather a credit for future rentals will be offered. You may choose not to give your credit card via this site/email, in such case we will contact you via phone for it. Please contact us with your credit card details. We will attempt to contact you if we do not hear from you, to confirm your reservation.
